Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?

A: We deliver Worldwide. We use Royal Mail first class post or Parcelforce. As a general rule, for deliveries outside the UK, Royal Mail, in conjunction with national postal authorities deliver approximately 9 to 12 days after despatch. However, we prefer it if you allow 15 days from despatch date before contacting our Customer Services team to chase a delivery outside of the UK.

Please note that, due to the size of the umbrellas, we do not normally deliver these items outside the UK. However, this may be possible by prior agreement and payment of an increased carriage cost. Please contact Customer Services at customer.services@amberpromotions.co.uk for more information.

Please also note that due to licensing restrictions we are only able to deliver the Life-Sized Stig Cut Out to UK addresses.

Q: Can I pay by means other than credit card?
A: We prefer payment by credit card. We use Worldpay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group), a secure online payment facility. We do not see your credit card details at any time. There is specific security information on the site at http://www.worldpay.com/about_us/index.php?page=security If you are a UK customer, we can also usually accept payment by Postal Order. Overseas customers please note that all payments are in GB Pounds Sterling. Your credit card issuer will make the necessary exchange to your local currency.
