Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?

A: We deliver Worldwide. We use Royal Mail first class post or Parcelforce. As a general rule, for deliveries outside the UK, Royal Mail deliver approximately 5-7 days after despatch. However, we prefer it if you allow 10 days from despatch date before contacting our Customer Services team to chase a delivery outside of the UK.

Please note that, due to the size of the 'Race the Stig' game and umbrellas, we do not normally deliver these items outside the UK. However, this may be possible by prior agreement and payment of an increased carriage cost. Please contact Customer Services at customer.services@amberpromotions.co.uk for more information.

Q: Can I pay by means other than credit card?
A: We prefer payment by credit card. We use Worldpay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group), a secure online payment facility. We do not see your credit card details at any time.
